McCain Productions International is based in Los Angeles (United States) with a focus on high definition documentary films, commercials and music videos. Our productions have taken us across the U.S. and the world, but our specialty is shooting and producing projects in West Africa. Our work has appeared on CNN, BBC, MTV, BET, VH1 and smaller television networks across several continents. INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTIONS - Dan McCain, founder of McCain Productions International, is an American who lived in Nigeria for nearly a decade. He has used his international perspective to create a career producing international videos. His creativity, technical savvy and knowledge of West Africa has helped clients convey their message very successfully, often surpassing all expectations.
PRODUCING – We work with an experienced team of writers and producers on documentaries, political profiles, commercials, recruitment and promotional videos. In Nigeria, we have established connections with the crew and contacts on the ground needed to organize projects including support personnel, transportation, security, lighting gear, voice over talent, DVD image downloading, and more.
CINEMATOGRAPHY – Nigeria presents unique challenges to filmmakers. We strive to respectfully capture the richness of many Nigerian cultures while effectively dealing with difficult logistics.
